2018 Annual Notice of Assessment

This is to inform our members that the annual assessment invoice for $399.00 has been mailed out. We wish to thank all of our members that pay their obligation on time. The funds collected are used in the day to day operations and maintenance of our community. To avoid any potential issues we ask that you observe the following:
  • If you do not receive your assessment invoice by December 27th, please contact us by visiting http://www.devonairevillas3.org and selecting “Contact Us” to let us know.
  • Payment is due in full $399 on January 1st, 2018.
  • Members may pay by Check, Money Order, eCheck or Credit Card.
  • To pay by eCheck or Credit Card please visit: http://www.devonairevillas3.org/p/epay.html
  • Checks & Money Orders must be made payable to Devon-Aire Villa Homeowners Association #3, Inc and MUST be mailed in with your assessment coupon to ensure that processing of your payment is properly credited to your account.
  • Please do not submit your payment using your Bank's bill payment system. If you wish to pay online, please pay by eCheck to ensure that processing of your payment is properly credited to your account.
  • All checks or money orders MUST include that member’s account number in the memo field. Checks MAY NOT be post dated. A member paying by check must ensure that their check has enough funds to clear. Any check which is returned due to insufficient funds will have those costs added to their account balance and will be notified of these costs. A member whose check does not clear will be considered delinquent after the past due date.
  • A late fee will be applied to all assessments received after the payment due date.
  • Delinquent assessments shall bear interest from the due date at a rate of 6% per annum.
  • A member whose account is forwarded to the Association Attorney due to non-payment is responsible for all costs associated with the recovery of their obligation to include interest, fees and all legal costs incurred. These costs will not be waived by the Association and must be paid in full by the member before any legal action is considered resolved. Members who have had their account forwarded to the Association Attorney shall have payment applied in the following order: legal fees and costs (including attorney fees), interest, returned check charges, lien fees, other miscellaneous costs incurred during recovery process, annual assessment

ANNUAL BUDGET MEETING

The 2017 Devon-Aire Villas Homeowners Association # 3 Annual Budget Meeting was held on Thursday, December 13th at the new management office located at 14373 SW 142nd Street.  In compliance with Devon-Aire Villas Homeowners Association # 3 Bylaws and the Florida statutes governing HOAs, a notice was mailed 15 days prior to our scheduled annual budget meeting. Members of the Board and Brickell Property Management took questions from members of the community that were in attendance.  After discussion, the Board of Directors unanimously approved the 2018 Budget. We want to thank everyone in attendance for their participation and input.  The 2018 payment coupon will be sent to owners prior to January 1, 2018. Please pay close attention to the new account number given to each owner on your coupon, as this will be your account number going forward. Payments will now be once a year instead of biannually. Welcome To the Devon-Aire Villas # 3 Homeowners Association Blog

The Board of Directors, with the help of Brickell Property Management, would like to introduce our members to our new community blog & website. We have already published relevant information for our members such as our covenants, rules & regulations, Paint Color Codes, Architectural Information (ACC) and a calendar of events on which Board meetings, and other important events, will be announced on. Meeting minutes will also be published on this site for the benefit of our members. We have also set up a Contact Us page, a direct email address as well as a phone number residents can use to either text or leave voice mail on.  These new modes of communication will be monitored by the Board of Directors and our Property Manager in order to better connect with our membership. From time to time, we will also post announcements on our blog regarding community information which we feel is important or of interest to our members. These announcements will also be distributed to members which are subscribed to our community mailing list. We hope that our new website becomes a valuable resource for our members.

You now have the option to pay your annual assessment via eCheck or Credit Card. Annual assessment is due by January 1st. If you wish to pay online, you will need your eight digit account number.
