Members of Devon-Aire Villas HOA # 3 have the option to pay their assessment by mail using the payment coupon they received by USPS mail or can pay online via eCheck or Credit Card. Please note that there is a $1.95 service fee if you pay by eCheck and if paying by credit card the service fee for most credit cards is 3% with the exception of Visa which charges a flat $20 fee. As always there is no service or transaction fee if paying by check and mailing your coupon to us. If submitting your payment by mail, please be sure to include your account number on your check along with your payment coupon to avoid any issues. Never mail your check to us without its coupon.
Update: Our Online Payment System Has Changed
We’re happy to announce that online payments are available again!
Our previous payment provider (RevoPay) retired their service, so we’ve switched to a new system called ClickPay.
You can now make payments online using ClickPay. However, unlike the old system, ClickPay does not offer a “guest” or quick-pay option. This means everyone will need to create an account to make a payment.

It is important that you pay close attention to the address you are selecting since there are many similar addresses in our community.
